Nyasha Grace Health Care Solutions Inc. is an incorporated cooperation in Hamilton Ontario that provides healthcare professionals to hospitals, nursing homes, retirement homes and private homes in the community in the areas of Hamilton, Dundas, Burlington, Niagara and all of Western Ontario also expanding . These professionals include registered Nurses. Registered Practical Nurses, Personal Support Workers, and Observational Care Worker. “Companionship”.
The organization was founded by a registered nurse with a diverse experience working in hospitals, nursing homes, community who was inspired by the care that her late mom received when she was sick.
